The story begins in the divine land of ancient India. The story is about a monk who found Buddhism. It is a story about how the monk directed people about humanity and spirituality.
The monk was born in the kingdom of Lumbini; he was named Siddhartha Gautama. His mother left the world when he was born, so he was grown up by his father. He grew up in the royal palace; his father never allowed him to go out of the palace; he didn't know what outside of the palace he had never seen in the outside world. Once Siddhartha asked his father that he wanted to go outside in the village and see the outside people. When he went on the roads of the city, he saw many old people, many dead bodies, peoples dying, and many suffering from diseases. He asked his charioteer about all these, and he said that this is the cycle of life; whoever comes in this world will have to go one day from the world. After learning all these words, he gets to know the truth of life; he said, What is the use of all this money when you can't bring that with you? So he left his kingdom and became a monk.
Story of Kisa Gotami
In the ancient kingdom of Magadha, there lived a woman named Kisa Gotami. She lost everything in her life when her only child became ill and died. She carried her kid's dead body house to house so someone would help her, but this didn't happen. She gets to know about Bhuddha from someone, so she comes across Buddha one day, and Buddha's face is filled with sympathy. When Buddha saw her pain and sadness on her face, he provided her comfort and knowledge.
Buddha said that death is a natural part of life, and one day it comes into everyone's life. So Buddha asked her to collect some mustard seeds from a house where no one ever died. Kisa Gotami started her mission. She went here and there everywhere in search of a house where no one ever died. She asked hundreds of people from different houses, but she failed in her mission. Slowly she realized that death is a natural practice and no one can avoid it. Kisa Gotami gets enlightenment from this mission; she went back to Buddha and performed the last rites of her chind's body.
