If the product s not having any defect or damage in that case customer will not be eligible refund or return.

We accept returns only for products that are damaged upon receipt or if there is a manufacturing defect.
Any product that has been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Procedure:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective product along with your order details for verification purposes.
Repair Policy for Minor Defects:
For minor issues such as loose threads or small parts coming off, customers may choose to repair the product themselves using suitable adhesive like Feviquick.
We provide guidance on how to perform minor repairs safely.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.Items returned without prior authorization or after the specified timeframe.
Replacement Policy:
We do not offer replacements for products that have been repaired by the customer using adhesive.If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect that will replace with the item with a new one, subject to availability.
Shipping Damages:
If a product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging or mishandling, the customer will be responsible for the damages.
Customer has to ship the product to the company by is courier services in order to deliver the safe return.
Shipping charges will beard by the customer in case return and refund after deducting the shipping charges refund amount will be calculated for refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit.
